Precious Smiles Limited is the data controller for this website. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 09495065, and registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration number ZB160224. You can reach us at any time at admin@precious-smiles.co.uk.
This policy covers our website only — the pages you see at precious-smiles.co.uk. The personal information we hold about children and families who attend the nursery is a separate matter, covered by our Parent Privacy Notice, which is available on request.
You do not need an account, and you do not have to log in. Simply browsing the website does not ask you for any personal information about yourself.
If you get in touch with us through the website — for example by filling in our registration form, or by using the email address or telephone number shown on it — we will have whatever you choose to send us, such as your name, your contact details and your message. We use this only to reply to you and, where you are asking about a place, to arrange a visit or the next steps. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone else for their own purposes.
Our basis in law for handling enquiries is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and, where you are asking about a place, taking the steps you have asked us to take.

Enquiries that do not lead to a place are deleted once they are no longer needed.
Our website is intended for parents, carers and other adults. We do not ask for, or knowingly collect, personal information from children through the website. Information about children who attend the nursery is handled under our Parent Privacy Notice, not this policy.
